
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / PROJECT COORDINATOR
We’re looking for a customer service representative to provide exceptional levels of service and quality support to our customers constantly exceeding their expectations.
You will also act as a liaison between the sales and operations staff during the project management phase of new system installations.
The position requires:
- The ability to research, resolve and respond to customer inquiries
- Acquiring an in-depth product knowledge and related configuration expertise
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills, especially in providing on site and telephone support for our customers
- Teamwork
